You can make payment via credit or debit cards when you are ready to book a service or class that you intend to attend. For booking of single service or class, your card will be charged only after you have completed the service or class.
For purchase of package, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately upon approval of the transaction.
BOOKING / RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION
Under your Activpass wallet, select “My Schedule”. This will list both your future appointments. You can also reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments here.
Activpass bookings are only valid if booked in advance on the Activpass application.
The standard cancellation policy unless otherwise stated by the service provider in the booking page is 24 Hours. You can either cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 Hours prior your scheduled appointment. For last minute cancellation, please contact the salon, studio or gym directly.
This is also applicable for clients who are booking sessions in their package.
If you miss a class or service and do not cancel before, you will be charged the full amount of the service or class.
If you are using a session in the package which you have already bought, and you are a “No Show” for that session, one session will be considered as used.
Service Provider will contact you to inform you once the re-scheduled date and time has been confirmed, the appointment will appear in your Wallet under “My Schedule”.
Package on the Activpass mobile application once purchased is considered as sold and non-refundable. It is solely the discretion of the service provider to provide a refund.
DBS POINTS REDEMPTION
You must be an existing DBS Bank Internet Banking customer and an existing DBS credit card holder to check and redeem your DBS Points.
As a POSB Everyday Credit Card holder you will earn POSB Daily $, not DBS Points. Hence, you will not be able to redeem DBS Points on Activpass.

As a DBS / POSB Debit card holder, you do not earn DBS Points. Hence, you will not be able to redeem DBS Points on Activpass.
There is no minimum number of DBS Points you must redeem.
There is no minimum purchase amount to be spent to use your DBS Points.
No, you do not earn DBS Points on the amount paid with DBS Points on your Activpass purchase. You will earn DBS Points on the amount you paid for a purchase using an eligible DBS / POSB credit card.
Yes, you will earn Activpass Points on the amount that you paid using DBS Points and/ or credit / debit card.
Every $1 spent on Activpass, earns you 2 Activpass Points.
100 Activpass Points is equivalent to $1 off your next booking.
No, you will only need to settle the balance amount with a DBS/POSB Credit or Debit card.
No, you will be refunded in Activpass Points of the equivalent amount.
You can check the refunded Activpass Points in your Activpass Points Wallet which can be found in the Activpass app.
No, only Activpass purchases made using DBS Points will be shown in the DBS Points history.

Earn – For every $1 that you spend (i.e.amount debited from your card) on Activpass, you will be awarded 2 Activpass Points. All points earned are rounded down to nearest whole number.
Redeem – You can redeem 100 Activpass points in your wallet for $1 off your next booking.
Your Activpass Points earned are shown in your Wallet.
All Activpass Points will be credited into your Wallet 72 hours after your credit or debit card has been charged, which happens after the service or class has taken place.
You will not be able to earn Activpass Points for cash transactions.
You can use Activpass Points to offset the amount that you pay for the next service, class, package or even Gift Cards as well. You can use your points at the checkout page.
Activpass Points earned at any point will expire by the end of the next half of the year.
Examples of the cut off period are as follows:
Points earned between November 2016 – December 2016 will expire on 30 June 2017.
Points earned between January 2017 – June 2017 will expire on 31 December 2017.
SERVICE PROVIDER’S LOYALTY PROGRAM
In your Wallet, under “My Vouchers”, you will be able to see the free service or class which you have redeemed. After which you can set up the appointment.
In your Wallet, under “Purchase Gift Card”, you will be able to choose a wide variety of gift card designs and amount that you want. You can simply enter the email of the intended recipient and an email will be sent to the recipient with instructions on how to redeem the Gift Card.
Gift Cards on the Activpass mobile application once purchased are considered as sold and non-refundable.

Yes. Activpass sends an email reminder and in-app notification to your client to remind them of their appointment.
Activpass will send in-app notification and email to notify you that your client’s booking has been cancelled or rescheduled.
First, call up the client to explain the cancellation or re-schedule, and then confirm the next appointment date.
